Abstract

In a country suffering from military aggression, the role of the expert and scientific communities is of paramount importance, as they contribute not only to the continued functioning of the justice system but also to scientific progress. Even during this difficult period, Ukraine’s forensic and expert institutions continue to operate as usual, conducting expert examinations and research. Despite the challenging conditions of martial law, forensic experts perform their work at a high professional standard, which is crucial for ensuring the rule of law and upholding the rights and freedoms of citizens.
