Abstract

The norms of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses regarding participation of an expert in the consideration of cases are analyzed. The omissions in the regulation of issues in the process of consideration of cases administrative jurisdiction are determined, and proposals on directions of their elimination are presented.
