FEATURES OF INVESTIGATION OF CRIMES, COMMITTED BY OFFICIALS OR OTHER PERSONS BY MEANS OF NONCOMPLIANCE WITH JUDICIAL BODIES DECISIONS

Abstract

The main features of investigation of crimes, committed by public officials or other persons by means of nonfulfilment of judicial bodies decisions, are defined. Typical investigative situations of the initial stage of investigation of such crimes are disclosed, investigator actions algorithms are given. Tactical features of carrying out of certain investigative (search) actions and the interaction issues of the investigator with the law enforcement bodies are considered.
