Abstract

Consideration is given to the conditions for granting the disability pensions and to the definition of the procedure for calculating the length of pensionable service and the time of acquisition of the right to a disability pension in the amount of the retirement pension. Examples are given of calculating the amount of disability pension as well as of disability pension in the amount of the retirement pension for forensic examinations.
