Abstract

Consideration is given to features of conducting the economic researches on issues of justifying the tariff calculation for the maintenance of houses and adjacent territories with taking into account the findings of construction and technical research. The paper gives the normative and legislative acts, which regulate the tariff formation procedure for house maintenance services. The authors define the list of documents to be examined for a documentary and regulatory justification of the tariff calculation for the maintenance of house and adjacent territories.
