ON COMPULSORY ORDERING OF FORENSIC EXAMINATIONS IN CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS

Abstract

The problem of compulsory ordering of forensic examinations in accordance with domestic and foreign legislation is considered. It is shown that, taking into account the needs of practice and development offorensic examinations, the most expedient is the formulation of the procedural norm with general requirements that determine the cases of compulsory involvement of an expert.
