Abstract
The notion and the attributes of the category "organization of investigation", the interrelation of the notions "organization" and "planning ofpre-trial investigation" are analyzed. On the basis of the provisions of the law, subordinate normative-legal acts and scientific positions of scientists-criminalists, the structure of the organization of the investigation of driving to suicide and its planning, as well as the form of a plan for such investigation, were proposed.
