Abstract

The purposes and tasks of investigatory inspection of documents during investigation of crimes related with criminal bankruptcy are considered. The methods of investigation of both separate and several documents in the process of conducting investigatory inspection are determined. Typical types of documents that are subject to inspection and preliminary investigation during investigation of criminal bankruptcy are noted.
