Авторка намагається забезпечити всебічне розуміння регулювання штучно- го інтелекту (далі — ШІ) шляхом дослі-дження новітнього закону Європейсько-го Союзу, відомого як Акт про штучний інтелект. Наголошено на регуляторних проблемах, пов’язаних із забороною сис-тем ШІ, спрямованих на використання підсвідомих методів. Із метою покращен-ня користувацького досвіду звернено увагу на перспективу метавсесвіту. Також із метою уникнення практикування моде-лей, які працюють шляхом відстеження характеристик ока, дослідження наголо-шує на проблемі врегулювання біометрич-ної психографії, пов’язаній із тим, що досліджуваний закон про ШІ не готовий до врегулювання проблем зі ШІ, спрямова-них на оброблення біометричних даних, адже лише повторює Загальне регулю-вання персональних даних, тим самим не вживаючи додаткових регуляторних заходів для усунення ризиків оброблення персональних даних технологіями ШI. За-пропоновано чотири ключові аспекти для врегулювання проблематики. По-перше, спрямування правового курсу на заборону систем ШІ, наприклад, для врегулювання ринку пупілометрії. По-друге, розробники закону мають звернути увагу на концеп-ції про підсвідомі засоби систем ШІ, здат-ні обробляти дані за межами свідомості людини. По-третє, скомпільовано крите-рії психологічної шкоди шляхом оцінюван-ня судової практики. По-четверте, запро-поновано усунути взаємопов’язаний ризик конфіденційності, особливо коли систе-ма ШІ спочатку виглядає дружньою, а на-справді вмикає механізм відстеження. Тому дослідження пропонує розширити концепцію й удосконалити захист біоме-тричних даних для систем ШI.
