Abstract

The paper analyzes the legal basis of international and national normative legal acts in the field of protection and observance of minors’ labor rights. Definition is given to problematic issues arisen during expert researches in the field of labor protection and life safety of minors; the ways how to improve the observance and protection of minors' labor rights are suggested.
