Abstract

Consideration is given to the issues on determining the boundaries of neighboring land plots of various forms of ownership and their using by individuals and legal entities within bounds of populated areas in land and technical examinations and expert studies. The paper contains normative and legal acts regulating the issues on determining the boundaries of land plots and their using.
